Location: Central / Downtown San Antonio

Comp: $60k-$70k annually Duties of the Accounting Analyst: Meet month-end and reporting deadlines. Conduct month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts. Investigates and reconciles discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Examine sales tax policies and prepare sales tax reports. Provide support for financial statement preparation. Contribute to the development of the operating budgets. Assist with all internal and external audit requests. Issue banks and change funds to clerks and other authorized cash handlers. Reconcile cash received to control numbers. Prepare bank deposits. Monitor cash balance in ATMs; refilling and maintaining as needed. Requirements of the Accounting Analyst: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of experience Sage 100 Excel (Pivot Table, Macros would be amazing) Data Analysis #LI-Onsite #accounting #sanantonio #sage #accountinganalyst #analyst
