Accounting Assistant

Full job description Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Accounting Assistant for an automotive parts company in Blount County, TN.
Schedule: MON-FRI | 7 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Responsibilities include:
Monitor high volume emails through multiple email distribution groups for action items (200+ Daily) Collect receiving documentation from various warehouses and follow up on missing data. Print and match all inventory invoicing to receiving documentation and purchase orders/vouchers and verify proper signatures/initials obtained. Process high volume accounts payables and obtain the required approvals according to company authorization rules and operating procedure guidelines. Audit reports, batches, scanning Validate supplier invoices High volume Data entry Confirming statements from suppliers Confirming freight bills Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates will be proficient in MS Office Suite and able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
