Accounting Assistant Manager (Korean Bilingual)

Job Description Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash managementSupport preparing quarterly and year-end financial audit activities Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvementsPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenessSupervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functionsDevelop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationshipsQualifications Bilingual in English and Korean preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance4-6 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory roleThorough knowledge of U.S. GAAPExcellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organizationStrong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving resultsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.
