Pay: $20+ per hour
Hours: 20-30 per week
Accounts Receivable Collect remittance information from customers.Post cash receipts in the system.Scan paper checks for mobile deposit. Accounts Payable Review vendor statements against system for accuracy.Collect and enter vendor invoices into the system.Print, fold & apply postage to checks.Submit positive pay files for paper check payments.Approve positive pay exceptions.Create and maintain vendor file folders. Accounting Assist with Month-End roll procedures.Assist with the Preparation of Month-End reports.Assist Accounting Manager with year-end financial audit. Other File posted invoices.Open & sort incoming mail.Schedule FedEx overnight mail pickup.Assist other departments as needed.
