Accounting Associate

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounting Associate to join their team.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $75,000 year.

Job Responsibilities: Perform day to day accounting operations, including: AP, AR,AR and Payroll
Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records
Accurate and timely account reconciliations
Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issues Requirements: High School Diploma required
3 way matching experience required
Must have strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel
Must be organized and have great attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience: 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
Manufacturing company experience preferred
Experience with Oracle, Smart Sheet and Paylocity, is a plus
