Responsibilities
• Posting a very high volume of payments to customer's accounts• Posting daily ACH payments• Posting all wires as they come in throughout the day• Keeping track of the checks that don't reconcile and calling customers for proper remit• Keeping track of deductions taken by customers for collections• Balancing at the end of each day
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years' experience with accounts receivable• College level accounting courses helpful• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook• Understanding of accounting 'controls' concerning Accounts Receivable• Strong attention to detail and follow through• Ability to work in a high pace environment to meet deadlines
