Based out of the Entek Solutions office in Buford, GA, and reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Clerk will process a variety of invoices for accounts payables, purchase orders, and perform a variety of administrative functions to support the branch, accounting, sales, and field technical team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Enter invoices in ServiceTrade/QuickBooks and send to customers.Deposit and apply customer payments in QuickBooks.Follow up with customers on collecting invoices.Enter Encom payables.Order office supplies.Set up new customers in ServiceTrade and run credit checks.Handle Verizon account.Make sure state licenses are up to date.Handle vehicle registration renewals.Order and maintain technician uniform inventory.Assist with entering projects in QuickBooks.Follow up with vendors/project manager as needed on receiving invoices.Other duties as assigned by the Controller/Accounting Manager. Required Education/ Preferred Experience: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)QuickBooks experienceConstruction experience2-3 years AR/AP experienceCollections experience preferredComfortable with working in ExcelComfortable working with others and learning new things Competencies: Administrative skills and experience.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Personal computer skills, strong typing ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.

Work Environment
This job operates in both an office and remote.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
