WHAT YOU WILL DO: Processing high volume sales invoices and recording in accounting systemMaintaining and updating all correlating financial spreadsheetsProcessing team member sales accounts and accounts for payroll administrationMeeting weekly deadlines for invoicing as set forth by supervisorReviewing and understanding billing policies and proceduresApplying payments and cutting checks correctly to client invoicesOther duties as assigned.
