Accounting Clerk

Our Client, based in Mount Kisco, NY is actively looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team and handle day-to-day accounting tasks.

Maintain financial records, including expense reports, invoices, and receipts. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues with attention to detail. Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures. Support the Finance team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. For the Accounting Clerk role we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and NetSuite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
