Accounting Clerk

For over twenty years, Pro Citrus Network (PCN), headquartered in Visalia, CA, is a leading marketer of fresh produce, primarily oranges, lemons and mandarins. The Company is seeking an accounting clerk. This position is an important member of the Company's Grower Accounting team, with primary responsibilities focusing on import grower accounting, as well as supporting the domestic grower accounting functions.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented and excel in data entry.
Location: Visalia, CA
Pay: $16.00 – 20.00 / hr, commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES Updating Imports spreadsheet with current information throughout the day as needed Digital/Physical Filing Entering Daily Costs Other ü Assisting in answering phones
· Not limited to answering and passing to salespeople, but establishing personal relationships with our business partners.
ü Running reports and distributing to sales staff as needed.
ü Keep records organized
ü Filing/faxing/emailing specific documents throughout the day

Excellent MS Excel skills
