Accounting Clerk - QuickBooks

Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk with QuickBooks experience.
Duties: Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests.Verify accuracy of billing statements and resolve discrepancies.Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments.Prepare and send invoices to clients.Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.Ensure all entries are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded.Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.Proficient in AP, AR, journal entries, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.QuickBooks experience is a must.Our client offers a salary up to $50k plus benefits, M/D/V/401k.
