Accounting Coordinator ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a leading manufacturing/distribution organization.
This role works directly alongside the Director of Accounting and Operations and offers a business casual dress code. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR: The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions. Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP Reconcile bank statements Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE: General Accounting, AP or AR experience QuickBooks experience is a PLUS Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills
