Individuals at this level should have an advanced understanding of accounts payable and bookkeeping. Managers will be responsible for the review of work, overseeing client accounts, and training and developing staff. Managers will receive guidance from designated Team Leader.
\n Position Responsibilities:Reconcile credit card accounts within the Intacct moduleFinal review of client accounts of before transmission to CSTOnboard new clients including new conceptsQuarterly training and developing of staffAutomation troubleshootingTest and implement new processesAssist with special projects as needed for department and firmProvide backup when neededAssist, monitor, and train staff when neededAssist team leaders with various team metrics and goalsAssist team leaders with staff review processEngage with PH team members including training, collaboration and utilization of PH capabilities and capacityOther duties as may be assigned Qualifications:Working knowledge of general ledger and bill pay software5 years' experience in accounts payable and bookkeepingExperience with double entry bookkeepingStrong attention to detailStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to be flexibleAbility to handle more than one project / task at a timeAbility to learn different software and understand how they work and improve the firm in totalAbility to think criticallyProficient with the Microsoft Suite of products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Etc.Experience in Franchise/Restaurant industry is a plus
