Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance department. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical accounting skills, as well as an excellent knowledge of fixed asset accounting, ERP systems, journal entries, financial statements, and cash flow statements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including document preparation, data entry, and reconciliation procedures Prepare and review journal entries, financial reports, and other documents Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Analyze financial information to identify and resolve discrepancies Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information Provide guidance and training to staff on financial processes and policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA certification preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite, and Quickbooks Ability to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports Proven organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Salary: $110k - $150k Medical, dental, vision isurance PTO 401K Role is ONSITE Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
