Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: · Manage and supervise accounting staff. · Management of cash, payroll, A/R and A/P processing. · Management of reconciliations and maintenance of balance sheet and income statement accounts. · Manage, review and approve general ledger coding. · Review and analyze revenue allocations and expense trend analysis. · Work with CFO to develop and implement finance department policies and procedures. · Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. · Maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). · Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends. · Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. · Oversee internal controls to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.
