Where you'll be working: Knoxville
\n What you'll be doing Prepare and manage up to 20 different client's billings and related payablesInteract with Account Service teams to facilitate client billingMonitor internal processes to verify open orders and pending payablesPrepare ad hoc reports for Account Service teams and clientsWork with Director of Accounting on month close and client income reportingManage a team of 2-3 staff accountants What you bring5 + years' experience in an Accounting or a Finance roleAdvanced level skills in Excel / Google SheetsStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlinesDesire to mentor accounting staffAbility to identify issues and develop / implement effective solutionsExperience in cultivating strong relationships across departments to support collaboration with the accounting teamMindset geared toward operational optimization and process improvementsPrior experience with NetSuite ERP preferred Experience working in a Mac environment, including Google Suite and Adobe preferredPrior experience in an advertising, marketing, media, or startup environment is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
