Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (Contract) to join the Finance team through the end of 2025.
As an Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in the month-end close process and partner management.
We are looking for a team player with an excellent ability to prioritize and supervise one direct report.
Responsibilities: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger in Intacct by preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processesSupervise and mentor one direct report, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on timeSupport compliance with all tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and remittancesPrepare financial statements for internal and external reporting purposesProduce revenue sharing reports and own any follow ups with the partnerAd hoc analyses and projects as neededWhat You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldAt least 6 years of total accounting experience, with increasing levels of responsibilitiesActive CPA licenseExperience in managing or mentoring team membersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and work independently to resolve issuesA hands-on approach and strong attention to detailsSolid understanding of GAAP accounting conceptsAdvanced knowledge of Excel - you should enjoy spreadsheetsStrong multi-tasking skills and the flexibility to quickly switch from one project to the nextExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtra Gems For: Interest in mobile gamingMasters degree in AccountingBig 4 or other public accounting experience
