Accounting Manager

Our construction client is looking for a Controller to provide leadership on accounting and finance matters. This positions includes ensuring the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency and to effectively grow the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Communicates and interprets Company's monthly financial statement to management and ownership within the Company. Develops and builds financial cost models to analyze major corporate projects and opportunities. Leads the accounting department in maintaining the integrity (internal control system) of Company's overall accounting system. Leads integration and solutions for ERP system with 3rd party solutions. Oversees the Human Resource external consultant. Provide financial guidance and feedback to other functional heads to ensure corporate financial objectives are met (save money and generate profit). Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company, with attention to excellent customer service. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance) Working in progressive roles and management experience Quickbooks preferred Construction background Compensation:

Base salary: $90,000-115,000 Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) and match
