Job Description
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, create workpapers, manage fixed asset entries and depreciation, record accruals for assets and liabilities, record sales tax and liability adjustments.
Strong understanding of Accrual Basis accounting: Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, and Deferred Revenue needs to be tracked and adjusted monthly.
Review GL coding for accurate categorization on financial reporting.
10+ years Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word advanced skills
Experience with other SaaS platforms such as Bill.com, Ramp, Divvy, Expensify, Purchase Control, Clio, and other accounting integrations / software is helpful.
Willingness to learn new software.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
Degree or higher education in Accounting, Business or Finance is a plus.
5 + years of Deltek VantagePoint experience (non-negotiable, required)
5+ years of Payroll administration experience.
Experience in Gusto, ADP, & Other payroll system
5 + years of QuickBooks Online experience (managerial expert level)
Payroll: Knowledge of Washington state (and others) & Federal payroll tax laws null
