Responsibilities:Manage the company's financial accounts and financial assetsOversee the accounting team (also offshore team)Generate accurate financial statements, in accordance with GAAP and internal policies and proceduresMonitor and analyze financial accounting data and assist with financial auditsSetting up financial systems for new business units/acquisitions, as neededSupport leadership in the annual budgeting processAssist with adjusting and closing journal entriesVerify reports and reconcile discrepanciesQualifications:Must be comfortable working 4 days onsite in Downtown DallasBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required5+ years of accounting experience requiredMust have a CPA licenseManagement experience, a plusStrong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
