Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Manage the Cage Cashiers and Soft Count functions.
•Hire, supervise and schedule cage staff, soft count team and pull tab clerks.
•Assure proper procedures are followed and records maintained for cash transactions and cash security.
•Ensure all revenue generated by retail, food and beverage and gaming operations is properly recorded, reconciled and documented.
•Reconcile cash collected to revenue report as generated by POS, MGR, Pull-tab system and other systems as adopted by the Company.
•Prepare daily gaming revenue and cash reports.
•Prepare journal entries to record revenues and changes in cage, table games, and ATM accountability.
•Maintain property level time keeping system and submit payroll files for processing bi-weekly.
•Work with Regional Accounting Office to capture revenue.
•Demonstrate and provide outstanding guest service and team member relations at all times.

•Administrative tasks as needed or requested by the GM.
•Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous Accounting experience and knowledge that includes: •3 to 5 years' experience as accounting manager responsible for supervision of team members, banking, payroll, bookkeeping.
•Previous casino cage experience required.
•Must be able to obtain a license through the Washington State Gaming Commission.
•Must be 21 years of age or older.
•Working knowledge of cage cashier operations, knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules, positive guest relations skills, neat and well-groomed appearance and ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
•High concentration to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
•Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers.
•Ability to speak, read and write English.
•Accuracy and attention to detail is necessary.
