Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Accounting Operations Coordinator will function as the liaison between installation, field operations, and the corporate accounting department. This position will be responsible for installer payroll, contractor registration, and daily cash reconciliations of customer receipts.
\n Core Role ResponsibilitiesDaily processing of installed jobs for the weekly installer payrollReview 1099 contractor documents and complete onboardingSubmit and monitor general liability claimsResearch, complete, and submit contractor registrations for all municipalitiesTrack expiration of contractor registrationMaintain a record of licensing and permittingDaily cash reconciliation of customer receipts to the bank statementsEnsuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and employeesReview expense reports for proper support, business purpose, and codingMaintain vendor files, ensure new vendor information (including W-9) is gathered in compliance with company guidelinesManage various projects as assigned Basic QualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent1+ years of high volume data entry experience Preferred QualificationsBasic understanding of accounting functionsExperience working with Pivots and Lookups in Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environmentExperience working in a production based, deadline driven driven environment
