Accounts Payable - Accounting Assistant

Accounts Payable Location: Hogansville, GA Direct hire Onsite 5 days per week Salary $60k-$65k range plus excellent benefits and growth opportunities Exciting opportunity for Accounts Payable Coordinator/Specialist to join expanding company in automotive industry in Hogansville, GA Focused on processing and monitoring accounts payable. Responsibilities : Manage expense and material supplier payments, including all related actions such as credit card payments, aging reports, supplier communications, and error corrections. Create accounts payable (AP) vouchers with or without purchase orders. Oversee monthly accounting close processes, including monitoring AP cut-offs, handling expense accruals, cost allocation, account reconciliations, and fixed assets-related AP support. Train related teams on payable processes and voucher creation. Support annual financial statement audits by compiling necessary audit schedules. Generate required monthly and quarterly reports. Manage UPS/FedEx/DHL accounts and associated accounts payable. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred but not required. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Ability to handle large amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP or similar accounting software. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. SAP experience is preferred. Opportunities for professional growth and development
