Accounts Payable/Accounting

Job Summary:Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts payable process. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Powersports industry located in Parker, Colorado.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position is $20 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, employees are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficientlyMatch invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepanciesCode and enter invoices into the accounting systemReview and reconcile vendor statementsProcess and reconcile company credit card transactionsPrepare and process weekly check runsRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment issuesMaintain accurate and organized vendor recordsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesProvide support for other accounting and finance tasks as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or finance preferredAt least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accountingWorking knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooksStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information in a professional mannerExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in the auto industry preferred but not requiredEEOC Statement:Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is an Equal Opportunity employer.
