Job Description for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk
NY CREATES is seeking an Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions and Purchase Order creation.
Provide clerical assistance for all business office functions.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk
Incumbent must have earned a High school diploma and have three years accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Individual must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; work both independently as well as with a team; have strong organization and verbal and written communication skills.
The candidate must be an analytical person as well as detail oriented with the desire to succeed.
This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.
