We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team. As an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment processing. This position offers a flexible work schedule and the possibility of being hired permanently based on performance.
This is a part-time position, requiring 25-28 hours per week. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients to assist with supply orders and address any billing inquiries
Update and maintain spreadsheets and financial records accurately
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately
Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and financial software
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
