Accounts Payable And Receivable Supervisor

Our client is hiring a full-time, permanent A/P & A/R Supervisor for their LI location. The supervisor will oversee all payables and receivables and a small team of accounting professionals, manage work flows, create best practices and establish proper procedures.
Responsibilities include: Oversee a team of 8, assist in trainingManage daily accounts payable, invoices, coding, allocation and handling discrepanciesSet up new vendors and customersHandle expenses, pay bills, and cut checksManage daily accounts receivable, cash management and post paymentsOversee credit and collectionsReconcile all accounts to assist in month-end close processQualifications: Degree in Accounting4 years experience in full-cycle A/P & A/RProficiency in Excel / QuickBooks
Pay:$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
