Accounts Payable And Receivable Supervisor

Our client is hiring a full-time, permanent A/P & A/R Supervisor for their LI location. The supervisor will oversee all payables and receivables and a small team of accounting professionals, manage work flows, create best practices and establish proper procedures.

Responsibilities include: Oversee a team of 8, assist in training Manage daily accounts payable, invoices, coding, allocation and handling discrepancies Set up new vendors and customers Handle expenses, pay bills, and cut checks Manage daily accounts receivable, cash management and post payments Oversee credit and collections Reconcile all accounts to assist in month-end close process Qualifications: Degree in Accounting 4 years experience in full-cycle A/P & A/R Proficiency in Excel / QuickBooks
Pay:$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
