At Omega Bio-tek, we're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting team.


The Accounts Payable Associate will provide financial and clerical support by processing payments, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

What you will do: Process supplier invoices with receipts in ERP systemResearch and resolve receiving issues and discrepanciesResearch and resolve invoices issues and suppliers' questionsInterface with Logistics, Purchasing and other departments to answer payment questionsMeets or exceeds accounts payable goalsEnsure all proper documentation is attached in ERP systemManage the AP mailbox, assuring items are handled in a timely mannerPromptly and professionally answering telephones and responding to internal requestsEnsure all items are input for biweekly payment runsFollow established company SOP and ISO Guidelines What you will need: 2-3 years accounts payable or accounts receivable experience What you will bring: 2-3 years accounting experienceRequires basic knowledge of financial terms and principlesKnowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with accounting software (Plex, SAP, Oracle)Ability to work well with colleagues at all levelsStrong sense of professionalism and maturityAbility to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team What we offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance100% employer paid short-term and long-term disability & life insuranceGenerous PTO packagePaid day off to celebrate your birthday!Quarterly and yearly bonus incentivesUp to 4% match for 401k and RothPet insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramAnd much more! For the best option for all of your extraction needs, we offer multiple nucleic acid extraction chemistries including magnetic beads, silica membranes, and salting out.
These three different methods are available in a wide range of different kits and configurations for a total of over 900 products.


Omega Bio-tek's headquarters are located in Norcross, Georgia, about 25 miles outside of downtown Atlanta.
We own and operate a 38,000 ft2 facility.
We offer products for manual and automated processing and we support our customers by having Hamilton Microlab® STAR™, Beckman Coulter Biomek® FX, and Thermo KingFisher® instruments in-house.
