Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $20/hour Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to manage our COD vendor accounts payable functions. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions. Verify and reconcile discrepancies in vendor statements. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues. Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes. Qualifications: Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role preferred. AMS experience is a plus, but not a hard requirement. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
