Accounts Payable Clerk (Law Firm Experience)

We are conducting a search for an Accounts Payable Clerk with 2+ years legal accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, is required.
Experience with PDF-XChange Editor is preferred.

What You'll Do: AP data entry - receive, review and input in to accounting software in accordance with firm policies and regulations.Detailed coding is extremely important to ensure firm accounts and client costs are charged correctly. What You'll Bring: Undergrad degree required2+ years legal accounting experience preferred.Multi-tasking and organization skills.Judgement & decision-making skills, capable of critical and analytical thinkingCandidate must be self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Time management skills to meet strict deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to clearly and concisely e-mail and speak by phone to Partners, sub-accounting departments, clients and vendors. Software Skills Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis in Excel required.PDF-Xchange Editor preferred.Accounting software experience preferred - Elite 3E, Chrome River, Cosine a plus.
