Job Description:

Costco is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are independent and eager to develop their skills in accounting.

Responsibilities:- Process and review invoices for payment- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status- Assist with month-end closing processes- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- No prior experience required - we will provide training- Energetic and able to work independently- Strong cooperation and research skills- Basic knowledge of accounting principles- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
