The Accounts Payable Officer will liaise extensively with a wide range of staff across the company, customers and suppliers, whilst being a key member of the overall Finance team.Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and strong excel skills are essential. Willingness to learn and develop new skills is required. Key systems used within the role are Dynamics Navision, training will be provided.Responsibilities:Coding and processing supplier purchase invoicesMonitoring and investigating unmatched purchase ordersReviewing purchase ledger accounts and reconciling with supplier statementsPreparing payments reports and processing weekly BACS runsPeriodic review and reconciliation of the trip accountsManaging Purchase Ledger enquiries by phone and emailOccasional preparation and input of monthly ad-hoc journalsAssisting with employee expense claimsProvide support to the Finance team with ad-hoc reporting and expense analysis as requiredAssist in the preparation of month-end and year-end accountsEnsure accurate data and record keeping for audit complianceUndertake appropriate personal development to maintain and improve skills, knowledge and awarenessOther ad-hoc projects as requiredKey Skills: At least 3 years' experience in a similar roleVery good excel skillsAttention to detailCommunication skillsTeamworkEnsure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
