Our client is looking for a consultant to join their finance team! This company is hiring a well-rounded AP/AR Specialist who is familiar with full-cycle AP/AR.

Responsibilities
Processing invoices:Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices Verifying purchase orders:Ensuring purchase orders are correct Reconciling discrepancies:Resolving any discrepancies in invoices Preparing payments:Authorizing and scheduling payments to vendors Maintaining records:Keeping accurate records of transactions for tax purposes Financial data:Calculating, recording, inputting, or processing financial data Invoices:Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures Billing issues:Researching and investigating invoice discrepancies, handling customer inquiries, and working with other departments to resolve billing disputes Payments:Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders Reports:Generating receivables reports and submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations
