The Salvation Army is looking for a part time accounts payable specialist. If you want a job that has a positive impact on the Greater Cleveland Community, please consider partnering with the Salvation Army.
Include but are not linited to:
• Reviewing vendor invoices to ensure that proper authorizations have been received.
• Coding invoices in accordance with the general ledger chart of accounts
• Entering payables into the Serenic Accounts payable computerized module
• Coordinate the receipt of w-9's from new vendors
• Mailing tax exemption certificates as needed
• Monthly reconciliation to vendor statements
• Process invoices for issuance and mailing of checks
• Participate in the annual Christmas Toy distribution to families in need
Work Hours & Benefits: Flexible hours available for 25 hours per week; benefits include, free parking, employee pension plan and short-term disability

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Associates degree in business or accounting
• Prior Experience in accounts payable processing
