We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities · Manage accounts payable using various accounting software
· Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
· Analyze workflow processes
· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
· Process invoices due for payment
· Perform other duties including account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation.
Requirements Who YOU are · Strong attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
· A critical thinker with the skills and ability to solve complex problems
· Analytical, meticulous and detail oriented
· Excellent communicator who can drive adoption of new processes and procedures
Requirements · Degree in accounting, business administration or a related field
· Experience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar position
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
· Experience with Sage Software is a plus
