\n What You Will DoFull-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice entry into accounting system, p.o. reconciliation, payment selection preparation for CAO review, and weekly check runs.Credit card reconciliation and paymentGenerate and distribute A/P reports.Maintain accurate vendor records, review, and reconcile vendor statements, respond to vendor inquiries.Compile and process annual 1099 tax filingsFiling, scanning, and indexing into company imaging softwareOther duties as assigned. What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulMinimum 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable Administration role Construction Contractor (prime or sub) experience is preferred.Must be extremely quick and accurate for this high-volume role.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively, professionally, and diplomatically interface at all levels (subcontractors, peers, Foremen, Managers, & Executives)Highly detail-orientedSelf-motivated, hard-working, performance-drivenExceptional organizational skillsTeam player with positive attitudeProficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Products Vista by Viewpoint Software experience a plus.
