Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes and maintain strong relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Reconcile vendor statements and address any outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve invoice processing and payment workflows.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records of invoices, payments, and vendor contracts.
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
