Accounts Payable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Oshkosh is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to work remotely from San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, adaptable, possesses strong project management skills, and has a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field- Energetic and adaptable personality traits- Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
