They are currently looking to add Accounts Receivable Clerks to join their team in Garden Grove. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role managing collections on older invoices. You should be comfortable with research and communication. ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your job duties include:
Manage a designated collections portfolio, focusing on invoices that may be up to 4 years old.Conduct research to verify payment statuses and resolve discrepancies with customers.Reach out to customers via email and phone to discuss outstanding invoices.Communicate professionally and effectively to represent the company.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient collections processes.Utilize ERP systems (experience with Macola, SAP, or Oracle preferred) to track and manage accounts.Skills2+ years of accounts receivable experience, particularly in collections and Cash Apps.Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.Experience with various payment types (manual checks, ACH, credit card payments) in a B2B context.Team player with a helpful, positive attitude.Ability to learn new systems quickly.If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role and work with a dedicated team, apply for this Accounts Receivable Clerk position today!
