Accounts Receivable Coordinator About the Company & Opportunity- Accounts Receivable Coordinator CFS is working with a client that is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation The firm has mixed properties and also affordable housing This is a great role for someone with accounting skills looking to grow within the real estate industry Firm is in high growth mode and continuing to grow / promote from within They work on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 remotely from home Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator: Process all lease renewals and collect tenant rent AR for move-ins and move-outs Mail out tenant's copies of renewed leases Handle all subsidy billing inquiries and work with supervisor to resolve discrepancies Security deposit refunds lease expiration reports/vacancy reports Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator: 2+ years of relevant accounting or accounts receivable experience 2-5 years of real estate experience Bachelors in accounting is a plus but open to experience over education
