About the company: An excelling global leader in developing and manufacturing a diverse range of products used widely in industries like wind energy, transportation, marine, and mining They provide high-quality production solutions across many markets Their parent company is a renowned Fortune 200 global manufacturing leader with an extensive amount of employees worldwide Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: Accurately post daily cash transactions with a high level of attention to detail, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies before finalizing postings Perform daily bank account reconciliations using Excel, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and accounted for Manage month-end financial tasks, including conducting specific monthly reconciliations, adhering to tight deadlines for cash posting, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting Handle collections efficiently by dispatching statement and communicating with customers via email; proactively inquire and investigate instances of short payments to determine their validity Provide ad hoc support in accounts payable by performing invoice entry tasks as needed, requiring basic data entry skills and a flexible approach to task management Expected background of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: ERP experience required Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred, or experience equivalent Excel use through formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups Salary Range:$60,000 - $70,000#INOCT2024
