My client is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation Real estate experience a plus, but not required!

Accounts Receivable responsibilities including posting of cash receipts and assisting in collection efforts when needed (60%) Assist with invoicing, ensuring all payment terms are consistent with agreements and contracts (10%) Accounts Payable - handle approximately 100 invoices per week via Yardi (30%) Experience Preferred:

Accounts receivable experience within commercial/retail real estate is a must for this position Yardi/MRI experience a plus Basic skills via Microsoft Excel #INMAR2024
