About the Role: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Curaleaf, you'll focus on reducing B2B past-due accounts by managing high-volume customer interactions, collecting overdue balances, and coordinating payment plans. Working closely with the Credit and Collections Supervisor, you'll prioritize tasks to achieve established goals, making a direct impact on our financial performance.
What You'll Do: Leverage data analysis and spreadsheet management to resolve issues and enhance collaboration with internal and external partners Proactively manage customer portals and daily communications from initial contact to closure, ensuring follow-up on commitments, consistent touchpoints, and alignment with past-due goals and company standards Promptly alert internal teams to collection escalations and recommend credit holds or write-offs Continuously enhance payment processing solutions for diverse customer payment types, including ACH, remittance formats, and payment cards What You'll Bring: 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections You excel in advanced Excel skills, complemented by strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs You possess exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, all while maintaining a customer-focused approach in your collection efforts You exhibit keen attention to detail while effortlessly managing multiple projects Even Better If: You have a bachelor's degree Curaleaf Pay Transparency
