Accounts Team System Administrator

Description:Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Office Suite/System AdministrationMonday-Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (Candidate MUST be able to complete training M-F 7am-3pm)Qualifications:U.S.
