Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for an Accreditation Analyst on the Dahlonega campus. This position will primarily provide support to the Accreditation function contributing to assessment and accreditation efforts by ensuring compliance efforts are accurate, consistent, and timely; provide logistical support for accreditation efforts. It will also assist the Institutional Research function by responding to external surveys/questionnaires and internal and external data requests. This individual performs duties related to institutional effectiveness, with an emphasis in accreditation and institutional research, with general supervision. Responsibilities Provides accreditation support using Xitracs, preparing substantive change reports, compiling relevant data/analysis, and maintaining records of actions/follow-up actions. Compiles, derives, and maintains the Common Data Set and completes various other college guides and surveys from outside agencies. Assists with other survey administration/analysis as needed. Maintains and updates the website for external reporting and compliance, such as Student Consumer Information, Student Achievement data, Quick Facts, Authorized Programs, etc. Participates in intra-office cross-training activities, including but not limited to assessment/accreditation and institutional research work. Creates materials for faculty and staff that support assessment, accreditation, and data literacy. Supports the Director of Institutional Research through data and research analysis. Serves on University committees as requested and other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to locate, evaluate, and use needed information. Attention to detail is very important. Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Ability to multi-task, manage workload, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment are important. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Two years of experience related to the above duties is required. Knowledge and experience with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is required.
