Position Overview Pantheon Data is seeking an Acquisition Analyst , with the following, to support the Waterways Commerce Cutter surface acquisition program for the US Coast Guard: experience in supporting large, complex, geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced environment; ability to provide analytical and project management support in preparation of executive briefing material, programmatic plans and budgets; subject matter expertise related to Acquisition Life Cycle and SDLC Framework. Some responsibilities will include performing and coordinating Acquisition Program document updates, input gathering, and routing.
Required Skills & Experience Must have a minimum of three (3) years work experience and a BA/BS degree Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point and MS Outlook as well as other software/tools provided on the Coast Guard Standard Workstation Experience supporting major acquisition programs Preferred Skills & Experience USCG or Navy experience Demonstrated experience supporting a major system acquisition program (DHS/USCG Level I, DoD ACAT I or equivalent) Demonstrated experience with shipbuilding, maintenance, or support General understanding of Navy or USCG Configuration Management (CM) processes and procedures Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Work Location Washington, DC - Hybrid with minimum 2 days onsite at the USCG St. Elizabeth HQ per week
