Acquisition Program Analyst Journeyman Clearance: TS-SCI Hybrid: Approximately 4 days on site per week (Pentagon).
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst (APA), to support a key Air Force Program supporting the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ). 
The objective is to provide specialized expertise to complement the organization's inherent resources for effective and efficient mission accomplishment and continuity, introduction of innovation, and enhancement of technical competence. The contractor supports the entire spectrum of acquisition and sustainment efforts as necessary to support the respective Government organizations. SAF/AQE – Office of the Assistant Secretary for Acquisition (Executive Action Group)
Provides executive support and independent recommendations on key acquisition issues that cut across all SAF/AQ organizations (including the General Counsel of the Department of the Air Force, Acquisition, Technology, & Logistics Division (SAF/GCQ)) for direct use by the assistant secretary and military deputy. Advises on policy for the assistant secretary on all matters related to direction and management for the Air Force research and development, test, production, and modernization programs. Reviews SAF/AQ correspondence for content. Serves as the SAF/AQ-focal point for Director, Budget, and Appropriations Liaison (SAF/FMBL), Legislative Liaison SAF/LL, and the Air Force posture team. Serves as the SAF/AQ focal point for all four-star-level meetings. Serves as the SAF/AQ focal point for all media inquiries, serving as the primary interface with the Air Force Director of Public Affairs (SAF/PA). Prepares positions and presentations for the assistant secretary and the military deputy in dealing with Congress, senior DoD executives, senior Air Force leadership, and corporate chief executive officers. Provides security, Common Access Cards/badges, computer/network, records management, and postal support to SAF/AQ.
This position is responsible for and primarily focuses on the Task Management Tool (TMT), ETMS2, workload management and email inboxes (correspondence) for the SAF/AQ Front Office.
Tasks for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Receiving and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and action item tasking and tracking including monitoring deadlines in TMT, and reviewing correspondence for correctness. Setting-up and maintaining file plan. Engaging AQ members and external stakeholders on tasker-related items. Creating, editing, and maintaining MS Access and SharePoint databases. Performing reconciliations between databases. Maintaining records and executing Government administrative policies. Independently reviewing outgoing correspondence (emails and TMT) and ensuring handling requirements for classified (Secret/TS-SCI) materials are accurately followed. Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or related discipline. At least 3 years work experience with MS Access and TMT (ETMS2), to include TMT workflow management. Requires attention to detail, knowledge of the Privacy Act regulations, and CUI handling. Work Experience Substitutions:
6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree.
Associate Degree plus 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree.
