About this Role:We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Acquisitions Associate. The position will assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in key markets across the US. The ideal candidate will have the ability to accurately identify and underwrite prospective single-family properties, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member at a growth-stage company led by some of the most seasoned and successful leaders in the real estate and travel space. As Acquisitions Associate, you are responsible for driving the company's property acquisitions pipeline and growing the portfolio of single-family homes in key and target markets. Being a member of a small team, you'll enjoy thinking broadly and strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company's results. What You'll Do:Assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in the key markets throughout North AmericaResearch and analyze numerous submarkets, both from the desk and "in the field," to gain intimate knowledge of targeted market opportunities.Track sales and listing activities in each of the submarkets.Conduct and coordinate due diligence activities of potential acquisitionsPrepare and present investment package materials to Pacaso's Investment Committee.  Participate in various analytical projects required in the Acquisitions Department.Travel within the US for site visits, and evaluation of physical propertyB.A. degree required, M.B.A. or advanced real estate degree a plus.Sound fundamental knowledge of financial analysis / real estate valuations, and strong proficiency in Excel.Demonstrated ability in interpersonal and business communications.Single family acquisitions experience required.You'll be a Great Fit if you Have...Sound fundamental knowledge of financial analysis / real estate Single family acquisitions experience Strong proficiency in Excel.Demonstrated ability in interpersonal and business communications.Able to manage multiple projects and working cross functionally#LI-Remote
