Active Directory Systems Architect

About the role
As anActive Directory Systems Architect,you will be responsible for the maintenance, upgrades, general operations, and troubleshooting of client Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure. We will count on you to operate as a technical expert on infrastructure projects pertaining to Directory Services, AD Audit tools and certificates, Systems Management, Capacity Planning, and DR Along the way, you will get to:
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Respond and solve customer issues utilizing technology tools, procedures, and training through awareness of service offerings and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintains current knowledge of core service offerings and SLAs. Understands all Logical service offerings to better support customers as well as engaging opportunity in expanding any service offering to better service our current customers.
Monitor trends and problems to spot a pattern and recommend new standards or process changes.

What we're looking for
Have expert level system administration skills for Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory Administration, and other MS core services like Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, DNS, to manage, monitor, and support the client's AD environment.
7+ years of experience in Active Directory Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, trouble shooting, customer management and other related IT services experience.
7+ years of experience as a Domain Administrator within a large Microsoft Active Directory environment: Designing, Implementing, Maintaining, Troubleshooting
In depth knowledge of Authentication and AD Security
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards related to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
